This recurring quarterly campaign provides cardmembers with a Cashback Bonus offer with a variety of categories like grocery, and strategic partners like Walmart, each having its own multi-touchpoint experience. The customer journey includes an initial email featuring a purchase imagery GIF, reminder emails, nurture messages following enrollment, and a summary of benefits. In addition, a tri-fold mailer is sent for the Walmart offer to reach cardmembers through mail. For the past two quarters, we also conducted an A/B test, comparing the established creative design used over the past two years with a refreshed, rebranded version of the campaign emails.
