This recurring quarterly campaign provides cardmembers with a Cashback Bonus offer with a variety of categories and strategic partners, each having its own multi-touchpoint experience. The customer journey includes an initial email featuring a purchase imagery GIF, reminder emails, a nurture message following enrollment, and a summary of benefits. In addition, a tri-fold mailer is sent for the generic offer to reach cardmembers through mail. For this quarter, we also conducted an A/B test, comparing the established creative design used over the past year and a half with a refreshed, rebranded version of the campaign emails.
