This project focuses on incentivizing low- to non-engaged cardmembers to spend with their designated partner wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or PayPal) by presenting a tailored offer designed to encourage active shopping. The campaign includes two key touchpoints: an initial email introducing the offer and a follow-up reminder email, with messaging customized based on whether or not the cardmember activated their offer.
